Once an outfit has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refunds

The refundable amount will be calculated according to the applicable cancellation terms.

4. Date or Outfit Changes
Customers may request a change to the rental date or selected outfit.

5. No-Show
If a customer does not collect or receive the outfit without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a no-show, and the applicable rental amount may not be refundable.
6. Cancellation by Classy Rent House
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen issues such as outfit damage, availability problems, or delivery limitations.
If we cancel your confirmed booking, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, such as an alternative outfit, rescheduling, or refund where applicable.
