Rental Policy

At Classy Rent House, we want your rental experience to be simple, convenient, and enjoyable. This Rental Policy explains the terms and guidelines applicable to renting our outfits, including booking, payments, fitting, delivery, usage, and returns.

1. Rental Booking

Customers can select their preferred outfit and rental dates based on availability.

  • All rental bookings are subject to outfit availability.

  • A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, size, and delivery details.

  • Once confirmed, rental dates may be subject to availability and our cancellation policy.

2. Rental Duration

  • Each outfit is provided for the agreed rental period.

  • The outfit should be returned on or before the scheduled return date.

  • Extensions may be possible depending on availability and must be confirmed with our team in advance.

  • Late returns may result in additional charges.

3. Fitting & Size

We offer size guidance to help you select the right outfit.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate size or measurement details where required.

  • Minor adjustments may be available for selected outfits.

  • Any approved alterations or fitting requirements should be discussed before the rental date.

  • Customers should not make permanent alterations to the rented outfit.

4. Payment & Security Deposit

  • Rental charges must be paid as communicated at the time of booking.

  • A security deposit may be applicable for certain outfits.

  • The security deposit will be refunded after the outfit is returned and inspected, subject to applicable deductions.

  • Additional charges may apply for damage, stains, loss, or late returns.

5. Outfit Care & Usage

Customers are expected to handle all rented outfits with reasonable care.

  • Outfits should be used only for the intended occasion.

  • Customers should avoid activities that may cause excessive staining, tearing, or damage.

  • Do not wash, dye, alter, repair, or modify the outfit without prior approval.

  • Any damage or issue should be reported to our team as soon as possible.

6. Return Policy

  • Outfits must be returned on the agreed return date and in the condition in which they were received.

  • All returned outfits are inspected by our team.

  • Normal signs of use are assessed according to the nature of the outfit.

  • Additional charges may apply for significant stains, damage, missing accessories, or other issues beyond normal usage.

  • If an outfit is lost or cannot be returned, the customer may be responsible for the applicable replacement cost.

7. Late Returns

Timely returns are important because the same outfit may be reserved for another customer.

  • Customers should return the outfit within the agreed rental period.

  • Late returns may attract additional rental or late fees.

  • Continued delays may affect future rental bookings.

8. Cancellation & Changes

Customers may contact us regarding cancellation or changes to their booking.

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on when the request is made.

  • Changes to rental dates or outfits are subject to availability.

  • Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

9. Customer Responsibility

By renting an outfit from Classy Rent House, the customer agrees to follow the rental terms and take reasonable care of the outfit during the rental period.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all rented items and accessories are returned within the agreed timeframe.

10. Changes to This Rental Policy

We may update this Rental Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our rental services or business practices.
