At Classy Rent House, we want every rental experience to be smooth and hassle-free. This Return & Refund Policy explains the guidelines for returning rented outfits and handling refunds.

1. Return of Outfits

  • All rented outfits must be returned on or before the agreed return date.

  • Outfits should be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

  • All accessories provided with the outfit must also be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the outfit is safely packed and returned.

2. Late Returns

  • Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

  • If an outfit is not returned on time and affects another customer's booking, additional charges may apply.

  • Please contact our team as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay.

3. Damaged or Stained Outfits

  • Every outfit is inspected before and after rental.

  • Normal signs of use are handled as part of our regular cleaning process.

  • Charges may apply for excessive stains, tears, burns, permanent damage, missing accessories, or other significant damage.

  • If an outfit is lost or cannot be returned, the customer may be responsible for its replacement cost.

4. Refunds

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation and return conditions applicable to your booking.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned outfit has been inspected.

  • Any applicable damage, late-return, or other charges may be deducted before the refund is issued.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

5. Cancellation Before Rental

  • Customers may contact us to cancel a booking before the rental date.

  • Refunds for cancellations may depend on how early the cancellation request is made.

  • Once an outfit has been dispatched or collected, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited.

6. Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Outfit

If you receive an outfit that is significantly different from what was booked or has an issue upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photographs and booking details. Our team will review the issue and assist with an appropriate solution.
